Finding out that your girlfriend is cheating could be worse than a nightmare. Likewise, even though our society believes that it’s only the men who cheat, it’s not really the case. Even women could be unfaithful too, and once that happens, there’s nothing better than ending your relationship with her. So, if you suspect that your partner is cheating, it’s important to pay close attention to telltale signs and clues. Here’s a list of the most common signs of a cheating girlfriend.

Suddenly Busy

 Surprisingly, a large number of women admitted that if they’re going to cheat, it would be with a co-worker or colleague. So, unless your girlfriend was just promoted, in the midst of the busy season or has a project to close, her work hours should be the same. If suddenly, she starts working for longer hours, she might be ‘logging’ in those extra hours to a different pay sheet.

Defensive and Paranoid

 Even when you really don’t have a clue about what she’s doing behind your back, her guilt would make her think that you’re out there, trying to catch her cheating. You’ll notice that she stutters a lot and get nervous when you ask innocent questions. Likewise, there will be instances where she’ll answer phone calls and react awkwardly, or she’ll go to the bathroom and continue the phone conversation there.

Nonexistent Sex Life

 In the past, the two of you were like wild animals who can’t get enough of each other. Now, she gives you a cold shoulder every time you’re in the mood and she has a long list of reasons why she can’t have sex with you, such as she’s busy or tired. Perhaps, she’s busy with another man, or she’s tired because she just had sex with him.

Accuse You of Cheating

 A cheating girlfriend may try to obviate the attention from herself by trying to be offensive. If suddenly, she accuses you of cheating even though you’re not doing anything, nor giving her a reason to think like that, then she’s probably the one committing infidelity.

Her Schedule and Your Schedule

 If your girlfriend is the type of girl who tells you things, such as “I’m going to grab a coffee with Anna– I’ll be home in three hours,” and now rushes off like she’s always in a hurry and doesn’t even tell you where she’s going or how long she’ll be gone, something’s up with her. Likewise, if you no longer know her schedule and she doesn’t even share it with you when you ask, then there’s a possibility that she’s spending it with someone else. Aside from that, if she tells you she did one thing, then later says she’s doing something else, then that’s a clear indication she’s lying.

Also, if she’s suddenly interested in knowing your schedule, it’s probably a sign that she cares more about you now. However, this could also indicate that she’s trying to be more careful, and she wants to make sure that you wouldn’t catch her cheating. If she suddenly asks about when you’re going to get home, don’t think that she’s missing you badly; it could probably be the opposite. She could be asking that to make sure that you wouldn’t see another picking her up from your house.
